Cancellation Policy

Our staff operates with a transit van and any parking charges will be applied on top of the price of the service. We always strive to park for free but in some areas that's not possible due to the current restrictions. We strongly suggest booking a weekend appointment in case you'd like to avoid any parking fees. Missing your scheduled visit or cancelling/changing it on the day or day before could mean you’re charged £25. Change or cancel it quickly and easily online or give us a call.
